From 1981 – 2010 we have helped over 4,000 people with handicaps and disabilities to take a break
Holidays, with their promise of a welcome break from our normal routine, are something that many of us look forward to throughout the year. For the able-bodied and financially secure, holidays rarely present problems but for those who are disabled, it can be almost impossible to take a break without a helper travelling with them and it can often be just too expensive to even think about.
Here at the Handicapped Aid Trust (HAT) we’re making it possible for the disabled to have a holiday. Take a look round our website to find out more about what we are doing to change peoples’ lives and also how you can help us reach and assist more people.
